Challenging Reforms and its Effective Practice in Classrooms

Abstract

This paper would focus on the different issues faced by the existing curriculum and the changes, which are being implemented. It elaborates the system of Education in India, the latest reforms in the field of Education and the challenges faced by the teachers and students in implementing the reforms effectively in the classroom. It will also discuss on its effect of practice in the classroom and the challenges faced during implementations. Finally, it also suggests how the implementation could be effective by understanding the basic problem, identifying the needs of the students, first generation learners and how evaluation system can be modified to implement the challenging reforms.
