A Critical Study of Psychology in Jojo Moyes’ Me Before You

This papers discuses the novel written by the journalist Jojo Moyes, under the name Me Before You. There are few important themes in the novel such as Decision making depends on human psyche, ambition, achievements, worth of life, depression, and prosocial behavior and so on. This paper is based on the theme of human psyche through the main character Will Traynor. Will Traynor the quadriplegic man hates to live his life as a quadriplegic. He isolated himself and made so many decisions, which are the turning points in the novel. Me before you is a novel describes a various state of human psyche and the decisions. This paper is focuses on the decisions made by the state of human psyche. It will explain how the Will Traynor, the adventurer met an accident and go through depression and bear the struggles, and then finally what decision he had made for his horrific life to end.
